Admission Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Falcon Fabian Academy, we strive to provide high-quality academic support and a positive learning experience. Students and parents are advised to carefully review the following policy before enrolling.

1. Cancellation Period

Admission may be cancelled only within 30 calendar days from the official commencement date of the batch.

2. Written Cancellation Request

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Academy's official email address, clearly stating the reason for cancellation. Verbal requests, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, or requests made through third parties shall not be considered valid.

3. Non-Refundable Admission & Registration Fee

Any admission fee, registration fee, enrollment fee, administrative fee, or similar charge paid at the time of admission shall be non-refundable under all circumstances.

4. Fee Deduction

In the event of cancellation within the permitted 30-day period, one month's tuition fee shall be retained/charged by the Academy. Any eligible balance amount remaining after the applicable deductions shall be refunded.

5. No Refund After 30 Days

No refund shall be available for cancellation requests received after 30 calendar days from the official commencement date of the batch, irrespective of attendance, participation, or usage of academic resources.

6. Non-Attendance

Non-attendance, irregular attendance, failure to log in to online classes, or discontinuation of studies without a formal written cancellation request shall not constitute cancellation and shall not entitle the student to any refund.

7. Access to Academic Resources

Students will not receive access to live classes, recordings, notes, worksheets, assessments, and other academic resources after cancellation. It would be withdrawn with immediate effect.

8. Refund Processing

Eligible refunds, if any, shall be processed within 15–30 working days from the date of approval and shall be made through the original mode of payment or any other mode deemed appropriate by the Academy.

9. Changes in Academic Arrangements

The Academy reserves the right to make reasonable changes to class schedules, faculty assignments, batch timings, teaching methods, online platforms, or academic arrangements whenever necessary. Such changes shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

10. Final Authority

The decision of Falcon Fabian Academy regarding admission cancellation, refund eligibility, and interpretation of this policy shall be final and binding.

11. Acceptance of Policy

By completing the admission process and making payment of fees, the student and/or parent/guardian acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by this Admission Cancellation & Refund Policy. No claim of ignorance of this policy shall be entertained.
